Research says that if pregnant women are cautious, they can exercise in hot weather, take a spa or sauna bath. There is no danger to the child in the stomach due to all these activities. In this research, 12 separate studies were done on 347 pregnant women. It was seen how women react to when they exercise in summer or take a sauna bath.
Similarly, pregnant women in water with temperatures below 33.4 ° C can do activities like swimming or aqua aerobics. She can stay in water for 45 minutes. It is also completely safe. Apart from this, research also revealed that pregnant women can sit in a hot water tub of 40 ° C or in a 70 ° C sauna bath, where moisture is only 15 percent, can sit for 20 minutes.
