According to the Ministry of Rural Development of the Government of India, Chakrasana removes the problems of the back. Eye light increases. Constipation provides relief. Stress-worry is reduced.
-Chakrasana makes the spine flexible. Back relieves pain. It helps to increase the light by strengthening the eyes muscles.
Correct method of chakrasana
First lie down on the ground on the back. Fold your feet with knees. Bring the legs near the hips. Take both hands near the head. The palms should be on the ground and the fingers are towards the shoulders. Now, while breathing, lift the body up by emphasizing the palms and legs. Hang the head comfortably backwards. Stay in this posture for 10 to 20 seconds. Keep breathing normally. After this, gradually come back to the situation.
Note: Many precautions should be taken before its practice. Never do Chakrasana on an empty stomach. Pregnant women should not do this asana. People who are suffering from blood pressure high, are suffering from heart disease or chronic pen, then they should not make the mistake of making it.
