The name of Trigonasana comes from the word triangle, because when you do this asana, the body comes into the shape of the triangle. It does not require much time, expert or special mats to do this. Just a little time and patience. To do this pose, you should stand straight and keep a gap of about 3 feet between your two legs. Now bend the right leg outward and spread both hands in the shoulder straight. Now, while breathing slowly, tilt the right hand downwards and move towards the ground. Try to reach your heel or foot and the other hand is directly upwards. Look up the head upwards and stay in this position 15-20 seconds. Then gradually return to normal condition and repeat the same process on the other side.
